Equipment

  • 1 Pizza stone or baking sheet Preheated for a crispier crust
  • 1 Rolling pin For rolling out the pizza dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 6 strips Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For brushing
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (246°C) with the pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Carefully transfer the dough to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Add the spinach and crumbled bacon, then top with the remaining mozzarella.
  • Carefully crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set to your liking.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

For a lighter version, use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon and add more vegetables like tomatoes or bell peppers.
