Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Cooked shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs Quartered
  • 8 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 1 cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Chopped pickles Optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Arrange mixed salad greens on a platter.
  • Top with cooked shrimp, quartered hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, and cucumber slices.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chopped pickles, if using. Whisk until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version of the Louie dressing, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
