Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Buffalo sauce Adjust according to taste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Chopped celery Plus extra sticks for serving
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, chop the hard boiled eggs to your desired consistency.
  • Add mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, Dijon mustard, and chopped celery to the eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Take the additional celery sticks and fill each one with a generous amount of the buffalo egg salad mixture.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your preference for spiciness. Adding chopped chives or green onions can provide an additional burst of color and flavor.
