Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients:
    Peel the ripe bananas and break them into smaller chunks. Crack the eggs into a separate bowl, making sure there are no shell fragments.
  • Blend the Ingredients:
    In a blender, combine the eggs, banana chunks, peanut butter, almond milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can also add a handful of ice cubes. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes.
  • Adjust Consistency:
    If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more almond milk and blend again until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve:
