Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.
  • While the bread is toasting, cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
