  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature for your pizza dough (usually around 425°F or 220°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce or pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  • Scatter the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage over the cheese, distributing it evenly.
