  • 1 Oven Preheated to 350°F (175°C)
  • 1 Mixing bowl For beating the eggs
  • 1 Baking dish Lightly greased

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Large
  • 2 Apples Peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Arrange the apple slices in the lightly greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the omelette is set and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm, optionally with a drizzle of maple syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, you can use almond milk and dairy-free butter alternatives.
