  • 1 Mixing Bowl For mixing the ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Apples Peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 cups Rhubarb Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter Cold and diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, chopped rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Transfer the fruit mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and diced butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat topping over the fruit filling in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

You can substitute rhubarb with strawberries or another fruit for variation.
