Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 Apple Cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, apple, and walnuts.
  • Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients gently until well combined.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding raisins or diced celery.
