Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  • Add chopped eggs, green onions, and cilantro to the dressing.
  • Mix gently until well combined.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  • Serve cold, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.

Notes

For added crunch, include sliced radishes or cucumber.
