Equipment

  • 1 Skillet For cooking the bacon and eggs
  • 1 Oven For baking the biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs Biscuits Homemade or store-bought
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter For cooking the eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven and bake the biscuits according to the package instructions.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring gently, until just set but still creamy.
  • Split the warm biscuits in half. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit, followed by an egg portion, a slice of bacon, and then the top half of the biscuit.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit!

Notes

For a healthier version, use turkey bacon and replace regular cheese with reduced-fat cheese.
