Ingredients
  

  • 12 Egg whites
  • 1 cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Diced
  • 1/2 cup Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, combine egg whites, spinach, bell peppers, onions, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add cheese, turkey bacon, or other favorite ingredients to enhance flavor.
