  • 1 Mixing bowl For combining the herbs and lemon juice

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cod fillets About 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Place the cod fillets in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the herb and lemon mixture over the cod fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of herbs and lemon juice based on your preferences. You can also add additional herbs like thyme or rosemary for more flavor.
