  • 1 Loaf pan For baking the bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe bananas Mashed
  • 1/3 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and mashed bananas.
  • Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Add baking soda and salt, and combine thoroughly.
  • Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For added texture, you can stir in chopped nuts or chocolate chips into the batter before baking.
