Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe bananas Medium-sized, mashed
  • 2 Eggs Large, beaten

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the beaten eggs to the mashed bananas and mix well to form a batter.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, honey, or maple syrup.

Notes

You can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the batter for extra flavor.
