Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets Fresh
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and toss to coat evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add additional toppings like cheddar cheese or bacon for extra flavor.
