Ingredients
  

  • 12 Large eggs Hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Chicken breast Cooked and finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 tbsp Blue cheese Crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • as needed Celery leaves
  • as needed Blue cheese crumbles
  • as needed Buffalo sauce For drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine the yolks with mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the finely shredded chicken breast.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites.
  • Garnish each egg with celery leaves, extra blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of buffalo sauce before serving.

Notes

Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your heat preference. The filling can be made ahead of time and piped into egg whites just before serving.
