  • 1 Saucepan For boiling eggs
  • 1 Mixing bowl For combining ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Celery Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green onions Chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Let them cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Drain and cool eggs under cold running water, then peel and chop them into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, celery, and green onions.
  • Mix well and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve the Buffalo Egg Salad chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra heat, add some chopped jalapeños or a dash of cayenne pepper.
