Equipment

  • 1 Medium pot For boiling eggs
  • 1 Mixing bowl For assembling the salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs Hard-boiled and sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella balls Bocconcini, drained
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs in a pot for about 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice them.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.
  • Add the sliced eggs to the bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately as a refreshing salad or side dish.

Notes

For a different flavor, try adding some avocado slices or experiment with different types of cheese.
