Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets Cooked until just tender
  • 8 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your casserole dish.
  • Spread the cooked broccoli florets evenly at the bottom of the dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli in the casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the egg mixture. You can also include other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added flavor and nutrition.
