Ingredients
  

  • 8 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Milk Whole or skimmed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, bell peppers, and spinach until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let the bake cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

This recipe can easily be customized with any of your favorite vegetables or cheese varieties. For a spicier bake, add some chopped jalapeños.
