Equipment

  • 1 Large Pot For boiling pasta
  • 1 Skillet For cooking chicken and asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Pasta Your choice of pasta
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into strips
  • 200 g Asparagus Trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through.
  • Add asparagus to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  • Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  • Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and asparagus mixture until well coated in the sauce.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
