Equipment

  • 1 Grill For grilling the kabobs
  • 8 Skewers Wooden or metal

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken breast Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 large Red bell pepper Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green bell pepper Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion Cut into wedges
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve hot with a side of rice or salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken overnight in the refrigerator.
