Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.) Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through.
  • Add mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
