  • 1 Large pot For cooking the chili
  • 1 Wooden spoon For stirring

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans Drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion Onion Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  • Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes, and simmer for 45 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
