Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve and enjoy your freshly baked chocolate chip muffins!

Notes

For a variation, you can substitute some of the chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruits.
