Ingredients
  

  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs Peeled and quartered
  • 8 cups Mixed salad greens Such as iceberg, romaine, or spinach
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Ham Diced
  • 1/4 cup Turkey breast Diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar Optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the mixed salad greens in a large salad bowl.
  • Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, cheddar cheese, ham, and turkey.
  • Place the quartered hard-boiled eggs around the edge of the salad.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar (if using), and salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize the salad with your favorite vegetables or proteins. For a healthier dressing, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
