Equipment

  • 1 Skillet For cooking the chicken and bacon
  • 1 Mixing bowl For combining salad ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast Diced
  • 8 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs Chopped
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and blue cheese.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and spoon about 1/4 of the mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve.

Notes

For a healthier wrap, use whole-grain tortillas and substitute mayonnaise-based dressing with a yogurt-based dressing.
