Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 6 slices Bacon Chopped
  • 300 g Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Flour For thickening
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until transparent.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, ensuring it coats the beef and onions.
  • Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stir in sour cream, then add the cooked noodles, mixing until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Top with crispy bacon pieces and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
