Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb Beef stew meat Cut into cubes
  • 1 lb Potatoes Peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Place beef, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until beef is tender.
  • Stir before serving. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or celery for extra flavor and nutrition.
