Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cucumbers Sliced
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
