Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan For boiling the eggs
  • 1 Mixing Bowl For preparing the deviled egg mixture

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 8 slices Bread Your choice of bread
  • to taste Lettuce Optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Chop the egg whites and mix them into the yolk mixture.
  • Spread the deviled egg mixture onto a slice of bread.
  • Top with lettuce if desired, and another slice of bread.
  • Repeat for remaining sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding chopped chives or dill into the egg mixture.
