  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 head Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch Dissolved in 2 tbsp water
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add broccoli florets, soy sauce, and honey. Stir well.
  • Cover and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  • Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add additional veggies like bell peppers or carrots for more color and flavor.
