Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet For cooking the meatballs
  • 1 Baking sheet For toasting the sub rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumb Seasoned
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 Sub rolls Split and toasted
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Warm the marinara sauce in a skillet.
  • Place the cooked meatballs in the marinara sauce and heat through.
  • Fill the toasted sub rolls with the meatballs and sauce.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize your meatball subs with additional toppings like peppers, onions, or extra cheese.
