Equipment

  • 1 Waffle Iron For making waffles
  • 1 Skillet For cooking bacon and eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bacon Thick cut
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 4 Waffles Prepared or store-bought
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese Or cheese of choice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Maple syrup For serving

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, etc.), seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the waffles until golden and crispy.
  • Place a slice of cheese on two waffles, top with cooked bacon, a fried egg, and then the other waffle.
  • Serve warm, with maple syrup on the side if desired.

Notes

For a variation, try adding avocado slices or your favorite greens.
