Equipment

  • 1 Panini press For grilling the panini
  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough or your choice
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter Softened
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Butter one side of each bread slice.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until fully cooked.
  • Assemble the panini by placing scrambled eggs and cheese between two slices of bread, buttered side outward.
  • Preheat the panini press. Once hot, place the sandwich inside and grill until the bread is crispy and cheese has melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Egg and Cheese Panini!

Notes

You can experiment with other types of cheese or add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for added flavor.
