Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup Pickles Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 4 slices Bread Your choice of bread
  • as needed Lettuce Optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs for 8 minutes and let them cool in cold water.
  • Peel and chop the eggs, then place them in a bowl.
  • Add chopped pickles, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
  • Lay the lettuce on a slice of bread, if using, and spoon the egg mixture on top.
  • Top with another slice of bread and serve immediately.

Notes

For additional flavor, add a teaspoon of mustard or your favorite herbs to the egg mixture.
