Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the eggs and spinach
  • 1 Whisk For beating the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Eggs Beaten
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Washed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour beaten eggs over the spinach and stir gently.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and cook until eggs are fully set.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle some grated cheese on top before serving.
