Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan For frying eggs and veggies
  • 1 Spatula For flipping the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tomato Sliced
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 2 Whole wheat burger buns
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your liking.
  • Toast the burger buns lightly in another pan or toaster.
  • Assemble the burger by placing spinach, fried egg, tomato, and avocado slices between the buns.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your healthy breakfast burger.
