  • 1 Medium saucepan For cooking rice
  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup White rice Rinsed
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 Eggs Cooked to your preference
  • 1 Avocado Sliced or diced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce Optional
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds For garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the rice. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked, about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a non-stick skillet to your liking (e.g., sunny-side up, scrambled).
  • Once the rice is cooked, divide it into two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with sliced avocado and the cooked eggs.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Drizzle with soy sauce if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Egg & Avocado Rice Bowl.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a splash of lime juice or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
