Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For frying the egg
  • 1 Toaster For toasting the bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Artisan bread Or any bread of your choice
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 1 large Avocado Sliced
  • 2 Eggs Fried to your preference
  • 1 handful Fresh lettuce leaves Any type like romaine or iceberg
  • 2 medium Tomatoes Sliced
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha sauce Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined. Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your spice preference.
  • Toast the slices of bread until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Spread a generous amount of Sriracha mayo on one side of each bread slice.
  • On one slice of bread, layer the lettuce leaves, followed by tomato slices, crispy bacon, fried egg, and avocado slices.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down. Repeat to make the second sandwich.
  • Cut the sandwiches in half, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier version, use whole grain bread, low-fat mayonnaise, and turkey bacon.
