Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan For boiling the eggs
  • 1 Knife For slicing eggs and bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Boiled and sliced
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread Toasted
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 4 tbsp Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Peel the eggs and slice them evenly.
  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Layer chopped Romaine lettuce on two slices of toasted bread.
  • Place the sliced eggs over the lettuce, season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread, cut in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a more filling sandwich, add slices of avocado and crispy bacon.
