Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 Whole wheat roti Pre-cooked
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter For cooking

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour beaten eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a roti on top of the eggs while they are still partially cooked.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over the roti, ensuring even distribution.
  • Flip the roti carefully and cook until the cheese melts and both sides are golden brown.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining roti and egg mixture.
  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle some chopped herbs like cilantro or parsley before serving.
