Equipment

  • 1 Stand mixer For kneading the dough, or you can knead by hand.
  • 1 Baking sheet For baking the dinner rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Warm milk 110°F/45°C
  • 1/4 cup Butter Softened
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  • Add warm milk, butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. If using a stand mixer, use the dough hook.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra richness, brush with melted butter once out of the oven.
