  • 1 Non-stick pan For cooking the bhurji

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 200 g Paneer Crumbled
  • 1 cup Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnish Coriander leaves Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
  • Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, stirring continuously until they are cooked through.
  • Add garam masala and mix. Adjust salt as needed.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with chapati or toast.

Notes

You can add green peas or bell peppers for additional flavor and nutrition.
