Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the parathas
  • 1 Whisk For beating eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 cups Wheat flour For dough
  • 1 tbsp Oil For frying
  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 Green chilies Finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make a soft dough with wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt. Rest for 15 minutes.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl, add onions, green chilies, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Place the rolled paratha on it and cook for a minute.
  • Pour a portion of the egg mixture on the partially cooked side and spread evenly.
  • Flip the paratha and cook the egg side until done.
  • Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped coriander leaves to the egg mixture.
