  • 1 Bowl For mixing the egg salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 Avocados Halved and pitted

Instructions
 

  • Chop the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.
  • Scoop the egg salad into the avocado centers.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, you can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
