  • 1 Mixing bowl For combining the salad ingredients
  • 1 Pot For boiling eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • 2 Ripe avocados pitted and diced
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice To prevent avocado from browning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing.
  • Gently mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce or with your choice of bread.

Notes

For a lighter version, use turkey bacon and low-fat ranch dressing.
