  • 1 Oven Preheated to 475°F (245°C)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Arugula Fresh
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on the baking sheet.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Arrange slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  • Carefully crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them apart.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit the prosciutto and add more veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
