Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking eggs and bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 2 slices Turkey bacon
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 Kaiser roll Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Butter For cooking
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  • Cook turkey bacon in the skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, pour the beaten egg and cook until set, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Place the slice of Swiss cheese on the egg, allowing it to melt slightly.
  • Toast the Kaiser roll if desired, then assemble the sandwich by layering the egg, cheese, and turkey bacon on the roll.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your breakfast sandwich.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a slice of tomato or avocado to the sandwich.
